This unit is decorated with much care and thought! Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, fire place, 2-car garage (with bikes) & balcony with a bed swing & great views. You're just a short walk to the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf. We are looking for snowbirds-Nov through Feb or any days in between! when you enter the townhome on the ground floor you will go up a flight of stairs to the open concept living area which is comfortably furnished with a large sectional, chairs, dining table, & breakfast bar with stools There is also a gas fireplace to enjoy during the cooler months. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances & all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare a gourmet meal! The main floor also has a powder room for your convenience.
this townhouse also includes free admission to the lost key beach club - only one-half mile away This 5,000 square foot, open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests - hours of the club are seasonal. The Beach Club offers private beach access, swimming pool, locker rooms & showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club (hours vary) for purchase of food, snacks & beverages. Complimentary shuttle service is available within the Lost Key resort.
